Who we are

Lemonstone AI is an AI agency based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, operated by a Dubai free zone company. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it, both on this website and through the services we provide to our business clients.

Scope of this policy

This policy covers two separate things. First, the data this website collects when you browse it or send us a message. Second, the data we process on behalf of our business clients through our WhatsApp Business Platform integration, where Lemonstone AI acts as a Meta Tech Provider.

Data collected on this website

This website is a brochure site. It does not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics, or advertising pixels.

If you fill in the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. That message is delivered to us through Web3Forms, a form-processing service, so we can reply to you. We do not use it for anything else.

WhatsApp Business Platform data

Some of our business clients use Lemonstone AI to run their WhatsApp Business communication. To do this, a client connects their own WhatsApp Business Account to our systems through Meta's Embedded Signup flow. That flow is how the client gives explicit consent for Meta to share their account data and messages with us.

Once connected, we receive the following data from Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API, through webhooks:

  • WhatsApp messages sent and received on the client's business number, including text and media
  • Message metadata, such as timestamps and delivery or read status
  • Contact names and phone numbers of the people who message the business
  • WhatsApp Business Account details, such as the business profile and phone number ID

We do not monitor anyone's personal WhatsApp account. We only receive data for the specific business number a client has connected, and only because that client has authorized it through Meta.

How we use this data

We use WhatsApp data for one purpose: to provide the service our client has hired us to build, such as mirroring their conversations into a CRM-style system or running automations they have asked for. We do not read, analyze, or use this data for our own purposes, and we do not use it for advertising.

We do not sell this data to anyone. We share it only with:

  • the business client the data belongs to
  • the infrastructure providers who host our systems, currently Supabase (database) and Vercel (application hosting)
  • Meta, as required to operate the WhatsApp Business Platform integration

We do not share this data with any other third party.

How long we keep it

We keep a client's WhatsApp data for as long as our service agreement with them is active. When that agreement ends, or when the client asks us to delete their data, we delete it.

Data deletion

Business clients can ask us to delete their WhatsApp data at any time by emailing marcus@lemonstone.ai. We delete the data and confirm once it is done, generally within 30 days.

A client can also disconnect their WhatsApp Business Account from our systems directly in Meta's WhatsApp Manager. This immediately stops any further data from reaching us.

If you are someone who has messaged one of our business clients on WhatsApp and want your information removed, contact that business directly. You can also email marcus@lemonstone.ai and we will help route your request.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Email marcus@lemonstone.ai and we will respond promptly.

Security

Data in transit between our systems, Meta, and our clients is encrypted. Stored data lives in an access-controlled hosted database, reachable only by authorized Lemonstone AI personnel.

Children

This website and our services are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL, with the effective date below reflecting the most recent change.
